Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dream Hotel Group places the highest priority on the health and well-being of our guests and associates. We are closely monitoring guidance related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments and health agencies. As the CDC and WHO share more information, we will update our policies and procedures accordingly.
Our hotels have taken extensive precautionary measures to seek to ensure the safest environment possible for our associates, guests and other visitors. This includes increasing already-stringent policies regarding overall cleanliness, frequency of cleaning, food safety and associate well-being and support. This may result in a reduction in certain services and amenities that are normally available at our hotels. If guests have questions or concerns, we ask them to please contact the hotel directly.
Understanding that flexibility during these times is also important, we have made updates to our travel policies, as follows: Any individual bookings (new or existing) for stays through April 30, 2020 at any of our hotels (including those reservations originally booked as non-cancellable) may be re-booked at the same property for a future stay within one year of the original booking date, waiving any modification/cancellation penalties and applying any previously collected deposits to this future stay.
