Early in our evolution, Dream Hotel Group identified a certain void in the hotel marketplace. That void left us yearning for ADA-compliant hotels that properly synthesized forward-thinking design, an out-of-the-box approach to operations, and food and beverage venues that were attractive and profitable. It was out of this void and a true entrepreneurial spirit that we developed several new brands of our own. The Chatwal Hotel
Since opening in 2010, The Chatwal Hotel has been offering exquisite accommodations and a fresh perspective on the city’s luxury hotel experience. Situated on the NYC theatre district’s Great White Way, the circa-1905 building salutes the “baby grand” hotels of a bygone era, blending the past with the future while managing a uniquely New York character. This storied landmark was once home to the famous Lambs Club, and has since been beautifully restored. Encompassing 83 decadent guest rooms each featuring custom-designed indulgences, The Chatwal’s meticulously sleek 1930s deco design makes for an incredible destination.
Time Hotels is a nod to Dream Hotel Group's lifestyle roots. As an upper upscale lifestyle brand on the cusp of luxury, it caters to a clientele looking for progressively designed spaces and forward-thinking dining options without a more refined approach. Sidestepping the raucous nightclub scene, its properties feature a more sophisticated lounge feel. Boutique in its ethos regardless of room count, Time offers a more evolved perspective on the lifestyle hotel movement. Beginning with The Time Hotel itself in 1999, the brand now caters to consumers seeking a stylish, relevant option for well-located, well-designed accommodations in gateway locations.

Appealing to the upper midscale to upscale market, the Unscripted brand was created as a beautifully designed, accessibly-priced alternative to the sea of homogenous products in the upscale hotel space. Contemporary but not trendy, it focuses on healthful yet lively environments and responsible food choices alongside destination lounges, state-of-the-art fitness centers and skin-friendly bath amenities. Its chic guest accommodations focus on creating a better live/work environment with features that are not necessarily common among hotels, including color therapy, advanced lighting, memory foam mattresses and a sleep-to-wake system that uses light to simulate dawn.
